Beginnings
A.lil.MOUR is the brainchild of Priyansha Singh, 'A Lawyer turned Chef', who has stepped out of the courtroom and challenged herself by working for 2 years in the Pastry Kitchens of well-known French Cafes in India.
Her visit to Paris in 2015 made her fall for the art of pastries and she decided on embarking on the 'road less travelled'. It is much more than just work for her, it is Passion for food, for edible creations, bringing magic to the table.
"AMOUR" signifies a love affair, and with our desserts, there is always a little more to look forward to and thereby the name "A.lil.MOUR".
